Processing Times All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday,

excluding holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email

with tracking information. During high-volume periods—such as holidays, new product

launches, or special promotions—processing times may be extended by 1–2 business days.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times We currently ship within the United States. All shipping

rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

Typical delivery estimates: • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days • Expedited Shipping:

2–3 business days • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days Delivery times are estimates and

may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are based on the weight, size,

and destination of your order. Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions—be sure to

sign up for our newsletters and follow us on social media so you never miss an offer.

Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. TaylorMade Rx

Cosmetics is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses

provided by the customer. If you need to make a correction, contact us immediately at

contactus@taylormadecosmetics.online. Changes cannot be guaranteed once your order has

been processed.

Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking

number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

International Shipping At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Stay

connected—we plan to expand worldwide soon.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages We partner with trusted carriers to ensure safe

delivery. However: Lost Packages: If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not

received your order, please check with neighbors or your local post office. If still

unresolved, contact us within 7 days at contactus@taylormadecosmetics.online for

assistance. Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48

hours with photos of the product and packaging so we can correct the issue promptly.

TaylorMade Rx Cosmetics is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or

other external factors.
